The question, “How much money do bloggers make ?” really does not matter for those in love with blogging, because they do it very passionately without caring how others are performing. And this is why they are successful as money and success come naturally. The purpose of writing this article is to motivate and inspire bloggers who are starting and tell them that how they can change their lives.
Making money from blogging is not a secret anymore. In fact, the dream of many has come true for dedicated and professional bloggers. But can you make enough money to live a comfortable life? One question on the tip of everyone’s tongue these days is surrounding how much income can truly be made from blogging as a career option. A simple Google search will root out hundreds of examples of people asking this very question on the likes of public message boards as well as the contact page of blogs. It is only natural to wonder about other people’s income streams and it give us sufficient incentive to take up the challenge of blogging as a viable way of making revenue.
Websites showing stories of ordinary people striking lucky and being able to earn ‘thousands of dollars a week’ from their blog are ubiquitous online and paint a fairytale image of how blogging can be made your only source of income. A lot of the public can see through this, and truthfully what they are really searching for is an approximation of how much money an ‘average’ blogger with moderate amounts of traffic coming in could expect to earn. As a result, you can more accurately gauge exactly how much traffic would be required to get to the stage where a full-time blogging career is sustainable – living the dream.
It is possible for bloggers to earn cash in a number of ways; some of the most effective being through advertising and affiliate marketing, to name a few. Google AdSense, along with other ad networks, proves very popular amongst bloggers, which is fundamentally employed to align ads to matching blog post content. Coincidentally, an interesting point to note is that a lot of bloggers say they are in a frankly unrealistic advantageous position in terms of revenue generation – but the reality is that they just happen to be providing a sales platform for a product or service.
This is crucial to remember, because there are harsh realities behind the utopia that is often portrayed in relation to blogging as a career. Generating an income from your blog is absolutely possible – but it is not going to happen overnight and certainly won’t happen without sufficient effort and trial and error of different mechanisms. It will take time to find the system that works best for you and your own needs for your individual content.
